July 3, 2012 - PRLog -- Delhi, India (July 03, 2012) — The 2012 TOEFL® Scholarship Program winners will be announced by Educational Testing Service’s Vice President of Marketing & Public Affairs, Scott Nelson, at the third annual TOEFL Scholarship Awards Ceremony in New Delhi, India on July 18, 2012. These scholarships, valued at approximately US$70,000, recognize the academic excellence of TOEFL test takers from cities throughout India including Belgaum, New Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, Hyderabad and others.
