The Murder of Jeffrey Dryden -- 2 years later

The Murder of Jeffrey Dryden: The Grim Truth Surrounding Male Domestic Abuse

July 1, 2012 - PRLog -- A lot has happened since that dark muggy morning of July 18, 2010, some great, wonderful things and some not so great, yet each day as the sun rises, life continues to move forward.   Breath continues to fill and exhale from the lungs of those that know the sadness of this date.

Yet still, that does not mean they have stopped remembering, stop grieving, or forgotten.  There are several that see him still—his smile in the void of their minds like distant flashes, broken memories of a time before scars. Several that can still hear his voice like a fleeting whisper, feel his warmth always by their side.  Pain still upon them as hearts are still being mended, put back to together, healing slowly as life continues.  Yet still, as life continues, Jeff, you are never forgotten.

On July 18 2010 Jeffrey Dryden was murdered by his alleged live-in girlfriend, Chiquita R. Fizer, over an issue surrounding her cell phone for which he paid for.  After his death, evidence of Male Domestic Abuse on Jeff done by Fizer came to light, showing that Jeff had been victimized shortly after the couple started living together.

This year -- this month is the 2 year anniversary of Jeff's death, Troy Veenstra/Veenstra Publishing will be promoting his book actively through this month to get the word out to other men, who may be suffering the same abuse as Jeff, and perhaps in some small way, give them the power to leave before meeting the same fate.

You can find this book in e-book and print format, with its new forward and pictures, on Amazon.com, bn.com, smashwords.com, sony, com, kobo.com and several other e-book sites on the web.  For more information about Jeff’s life and murder, or to find out more about Male Domestic Abuse, please go to our website at www.veenstrapublishing.biz

Male Domestic Abuse is a growing epidemic that is sadly still being ignored by the masses.  "For as long as my lugs still fill with breath, it is my responsibility as  Jeff’s cousin to continue to tell Jeff’s story, to inform the world that men are just as easily a victim to anger, hate, and rage as women." -- Troy Veenstra
