-- Scottsdale, Arizona — The Fetch Foundation announces an agreement with Soldiers Best Friend, a non-profit that specializes in the placement of rescued dogs as companions with military veterans with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) to help patients recover from their symptoms. “We are honored and blessed by the opportunity to be involved with such an organization”
States The Fetch Foundation founder Marie Peck. “We get to help our Military heroes and save dogs lives, what an awesome opportunity!”
“We will be helping the Soldiers Best Friend Program by assisting in finding dogs in rescues and shelters and then evaluating them for inclusion in the program.” Marie shares “It takes a special dog to become a companion for these soldiers and we have to make sure that the candidates are just the perfect match to enter into the program.”
The Fetch Foundation is a 501c3 organization that is run completely by volunteers. This unique non profit charity is dedicated to serve our community while saving you and your pets.
