BKD Promotes Jameson Herring to Senior Managing Consultant

June 27, 2012 - PRLog -- INDIANAPOLIS, IN. – Rob Wagner, BKD, LLP managing partner, announces the promotion of Jameson Herring to Senior Managing Consultant.  Herring delivers unmatched client service, embraces change and shows dedication to the firm’s values and the accounting industry.  He assumed the new role on June 1, 2012.

Career paths at BKD are divided into levels, and each position is defined by its own set of duties, responsibilities and competencies requiring cumulative and advanced degrees of education, training and experience.  Personnel also must demonstrate their leadership abilities as coaches and mentors, as well as active community members.  Individuals become candidates for promotion after successfully mastering their existing level.

Herring has more than 10 years of experience assisting clients with sales and use, real and personal property tax consulting and compliance issues.

He is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s College, Rensselaer, Indiana, with a B.S. degree in accounting, and a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, with an M.S. degree in accounting.
