The Gathering Place in Rochester, Wisconsin

June 27, 2012 - PRLog -- The Gathering Place is a place to create memories!  They  serve Stone Creek Coffee, have breakfast and lunch specials, and free WiFi.  

My first visit to The Gathering Place was very memorable. Here sits this sweet woman behind the counter saying " Good Morning" in a pleasant voice and then asked me how she could help me today. I said....well, this is our first time here so what do you recommend?

Of course, she said " All of it ! " so we decided to let her decide and surprise us. As we waited and had our drinks we felt at home and just relaxed. A few minutes later she brought us out our surprise........ and what a surprise it was !  It was a delicious spinach quiche that was excellent !! Everything was fresh and just simply amazingly tasteful.

If you have not yet found this gem of a place I " HIGHLY " recommend you stop in and see this sweet woman (Ann) and her husband who run this small place. It is in the heart of historic Rochester, Wi. on Main St. and is next to Chances restaurant. ( Chances is nice but I would recommend this for a more relaxed and enjoyable meal)

When in town again I may have to have a business meeting there. I was told that on the weekends they will be opening up an Omelet Bar on the patio with all the fixin's made to order. That sounds awesome! We will definitely be back to visit Rochester, Wi, on our next visit to the area.
