(Rolling Meadows, Illinois – June 18, 2012) – J.C. Restoration, Inc. (JCR) has proudly promoted Joel Hossli to Director of Operations of the Restoration, Structure, and Claims Management Divisions.

JCR Executives found it imperative to create such a position to help control its growing workload and ultimately, its relationship with the insurance industry. This organizational change will also allow Steve Rost, JCR’s General Manager, to focus on the company’s growing presence in TPA networks, accounting operations and strategic marketing plans.  

Promoted from within, Joel has been an asset to JCR since joining the company in 2007. Working in various positions during his tenure at JCR, Joel has worked as the Marketing Manager and helped implement and lead the company’s Claims Management Division (CMD) – a dedicated group of former adjusters who are accountable for the oversight of adjuster/consultant communications between JCR’s production staff and insurance carriers. In addition, Joel has successfully instructed “The Ripple Effect;” one of JCR’s continuing education courses on proper water restoration techniques.
