Paul Paquin Speaks About Motivation

Paul Paquin says that “motivation is necessary to live your life with the highest quality. When putting everything into perspective, certain moments in life that require all that an individual has to give, are moments that can be very short."

June 26, 2012 - PRLog -- Paul Paquin continues to speak about motivation and hard work.
"A person needs to give these moments everything inside of them and with the highest intensity level, because it’s those short moments that may shape a person’s life.   Don’t attack these moments or opportunities in life, with a halfhearted mentality.  See Paul Paquin on twitter:  https://twitter.com/GFSFinancial

Take running 1 mile.  Running 1 mile could take an Olympic runner under 5 minutes, however it could take an average runner 10 minutes.  Whatever is the case, think about how fast even 10 minutes of a person’s life goes by.   Let’s say a person wakes up at 8 am, before they know it, its 9am and an hour went by.   Therefore when a person runs that mile they need to push themselves beyond hard.  It hurts during that 5 minutes or 10 minutes, but guess what, it will feel great when they're done.  On the other hand, if that same person did not push themselves 150% during that mile run, that person would have an entirely different feeling when crossing the finish line because they know and will know for the rest of their life, that they could have done that much better.

When you feel pain, enjoy it, and run even harder realizing that the pain you are feeling will lead to a great feeling of satisfaction in the end.  It’s only 10 minutes or 5 minutes of your life, but the results of that 5 or 10 minutes will be that much greater if a person puts 100% or 150% into it.

Take a UFC fighter, fighting for the World Championships.    What they do in the ring during possibly 25 minutes could shape the rest of their life.  The feeling they will experience when victorious will last all their life and maybe longer.  That feeling can be passed on and spread to others.  So why hold back during those 25 minutes even though it may hurt when getting hit.  Why hold back! Its 25 minutes and that’s it!  25 minutes in the ring is a small flash compared to a person’s overall life.   People sometimes eat dinner for 25 minutes or longer.   Think about how a person utilizes their time, but when time really counts, sometimes people will not make the best of their time.

Overcoming diversity has the same philosophy tied to it.  People sometimes go through hard times, divorce, loss of income, and many other ways that a person can experience diversity.  When experiencing hard times a person has 2 options including dwelling on the negative and letting it control the level of happiness that a person experiences, or fight it and work to overcome the diversity.  When a person fights to overcome diversity, in the end, that same person once overcoming their diversity will be that much smarter and stronger.  Sometimes to excel and achieve greatness it takes experiencing diversity, loss and hardship in order to excel to new and higher levels beyond what ones potential was once considered to be.

There is no situation that should hold a person back from excelling and achieving.  Every negative should be looked at as a positive.  No matter how bad something seems at the time, there will be good in the end to the person who does right, goes forward and works to overcome.   They will stand higher in the end.   Sometimes it could take a person a week, a year and maybe even 2 years to overcome diversity or hard times, but if that person works as hard as they can mentally and physically towards overcoming their diversity, they will eventually overcome it.   If that person continues to get hit with negatives, but continues to only learn and becoming smarter each time they are hit with a negative, they will always go forward and eventually overcome any diversity holding them back no matter how bad a person’s situation is.  How can you excel to the best of your potential?  Ask yourself that and then go after it!

With business, with life, sports and all aspects of life, a person should put everything that they physically and mentally have inside of them towards exceling and reaching success.    Of course all this should not take away from core values such as God, family and living with the highest level of ethics and morals.

There is also another key component involved in order for this all to be a reality.  PREPARATION is more time consuming and is more than 50% of the battle.  Mentally and physically preparing for that UFC Title, that first business meeting that could shape a person’s financial future, a person’s first job that could lead to a future filled with wealth, a kid’s first speech in English class, a wrestler’s first wrestling match and many more examples that people can imagine on their own.   Whatever the case is, folks need to mentally and physical prepare to the absolute fullest, for those special moments in life that can act as opportunities for people to excel and achieve greatness.  Have your facts straight, have your answers ready, have your technique close to perfected, have your conditioning to the maximum where fatigue is just a word and THEN GO TO BATTLE.  http://www.armdrag.com/archives/1996/tournaments/states/i...

If you’re experiencing a hardship situation in your life including divorce, sickness, financial sickness or whatever the case is, work towards improving your situation where it can use improvement.  Step by step better your situation and work towards a resolution.  http://www.Goldenfs.org

Ultimately see where you want to be and get there by continuing to go forward, and only using negative diversity as motivation and a push to work harder.   Work harder than your friends; work harder than your neighbor, work harder than the guy next to you and the results will equal a lifestyle with the highest quality.

Keep in mind the mile run mentioned above where it seems like that mile is so long when you are sprinting it as fast as you can, but when comparing that moment to 50 years of a person’s life, it’s just short moment in time where a person should give it everything they have.  There are opportunities and moments that come up in a persons life on a daily basis where people have the chance to give it their all, in preparation and execution, which could lead to great success.  Its these actions that could positively help shape a person’s entire future."
