-- There are many factors that affect how long a caregiver might stay on the job and how well he/she might perform. However, using the Compatibility score, a measure of how well an applicant’s personality and work styles fit with a position, from the CareProfiler as a predictor, we continue to see how important personality fit is.
Comparing the Compatibility scores of caregivers across several criterion variables, we see that the higher a caregiver’s Compatibility score, the higher the likelihood that he/she will stay on the job longer and perform better.

This data continues to affirm the importance of having a thorough understanding of how well an applicant’s personality and work styles meet the demand characteristics of the specific job they are applying to. It seems to be a necessary piece of the puzzle that can be objectively measured with questionnaires, such as the CareProfiler, in the hiring process.
