Founders and friends for over 30 years, Renée Gardi and Claire Adams recognised a gap in the market and were keen to find original, individual casual shirt styles for men.

Co-founder Renée Gardi, is based in Oxford and Holland and sourced the Dutch designs in the new collection. She says;
“We looked into what is currently on offer in the UK for men’s casual dressing and found that there is not a lot of choice out there. UK shirt styles are very much work focused and don’t offer smart casual options with a fun twist. This is the basis of our ethos at The Mens Shirt Company. We also understand that our customers want a great innovative product at a realistic price.”

The new website is designed for customers to choose quickly and informatively and with the ability of completing the transaction with speed.

The launch range consists of eight styles from Dutch company ‘A Fish Named Fred’. These are not available to purchase anywhere else in the UK.
