June 24, 2012 - PRLog -- In Gastric Bypass surgery additional part of stomach, small intestine is bypassed and this results in reduced absorption of nutrients as well as calories. Gastric bypass is standard procedure for weight loss and performed by key-hole route or laparoscopic way. This procedure leads to rapid, early and sustained weight loss in most of the patients.
