-- Emerging Threats has spent the last decade completely focused on threat
detection, malware collection, and malware behaviour analysis. We have one of the world's largest malware collection networks, currently analyzing an average of 150,000 new unique malware samples per day. Our analysis systems allow for direct observation of how the malware sample is communicating over the internet; and more specifically with whom it is connecting. In addition we receive 5 to 10 million IDS alerts per day from partners across the globe, giving Emerging Threats global visibility to daily threats.
By combining our global partners monitoring network and our massive malware analysis infrastructure we are able to create the most accurate and complete IP Reputation data product available.
In addition to our comprehensive list of IP addresses, we classify every IP
address into one or more of 30+ malicious activity categories. This key
intelligence identifies which IP addresses are command and control servers,
spammers, or bots. The Emerging Threats IP Reputation List provides you with the information necessary for you to make key decisions. With over 30 unique categories, you decide which ones are important.
