Four New Events at TMS Festival!

June 20, 2012 - PRLog -- New at this years festival are Four great new events/attractions!

Remember Breakfast at Tiffany’s? Well new this year, Friday at 8am, come visit with friends and neighbor and help us kick off the festival on a full stomach! Previously deemed the “Mayor’s Breakfast”, Breakfast at Festival will feature a few interesting vendors this year as well as entertainment and guests will get all the “inside” scoop, plus a bag full of “Breakfast At Festival only” specials and coupons to use during the weekend! Only $12, pick up your tickets at City Hall, this is sure to be another enjoyable morning festival celebration! Call 675-7300 to reserve yours.

Next is Jackson, Snider/Parker DDS-Present....Wet & Wild Turbo Tunnel: WOW! With an amazing original way to cool off at Festival! Come down to West & West Jefferson to partake in the first ever Wet and Wild Turbo Tunnel. A creation of Noel Jackson and crew to help festival goers get misty by strolling thru a contraption that will lightly spray all the heat away!

Then...Discover Downriver/TJ Monte Acoustic Stage- You will really enjoy these mid stage performances from soulful stylings to country and blues, these artists are ready to belt it out for your viewing pleasure! The line up is..Saturday July 14-12- Rebel Alliance, 1:15- Wyandotte Station, 2:30-Meg & Tony, 3:45-Bye Bye Birdie, 5:00-Joy Rocker, 6:15- Auroras of Autumn, TJ Monte Productions will be spinning the tunes during sets. Sunday July 15, 12-3 pm- Talent Show- (K-12 only)-, 3:00-4:30- Perfect Dress Fashion Show

Stop by Elizabeth Park and join Riverside Kayak and take out a kayak rental on Saturday, 11am- 4pm. It’s only $10 per half hour rental.  Then FREE tours on Sunday 10am-1pm followed by a special Festival tour to Humbug Marsh 1-3pm only $35.
