SIGNARAMA Carmel Receives Top Quality Award - Helps Other SIGNARAMAs See Success Through World-Wide Mentor Program
The Top Quality Award is given to SIGNARAMAs that exhibit exemplary work, receive great responses from customers, pursue and execute the most creative jobs and use recommended materials and suppliers. Joel and Mary Hall opened SIGNARAMA Carmel in 2000 and have since received recognition for their outstanding business success.
“The Quality and Service awards are a great honor,” said Joel. “While we always strive to provide the best quality and service, we understand that all our locations are looking to do the same. To be selected out of such a distinguished group is very special.”
Joel and Mary’s involvement in the SIGNARAMA Mentor Program is not only a confirmation of their hard-earned success, but a way to engage in something they believe in and help other SIGNARAMAs experience the same level of success. The Halls serve as the chairpersons for the SIGNARAMA Mentor program, a comprehensive system that provides experienced franchisee assistance to those who are new SIGNARAMA owners. Each mentor is paired with new and existing franchisees to share their support and knowledge on everything from the challenges of first opening, to addressing technical questions about production, to motivation when times are tough.
Joel, as the World Chairman for the Mentor Program, coordinates with the Corporate office to ensure the program is running smoothly and that the best, most qualified franchisees are designated as Mentors to lend their support and knowledge to those in need. Joel believes the program is perfectly suited to the SIGNARAMA franchise family, but also that a similar program would benefit most business owners.
“The SIGNARAMA Mentor Program has been dear to us from the beginning. The first few years in business are full of questions and challenges. We would not have had the successes we have had without the mentors that helped us through those times. Having been part of the program as mentors we find that we still are learning, sometimes by listening to the very advice we are giving others. The process is always a two-way learning experience,”
In addition to the Top Quality Award, SIGNARAMA Carmel has received a number of awards from United Franchise Group, including multiple awards for quality and customer service as the top store in their region and the Foundation Award for community involvement and support. SIGNARAMA Carmel was also recently certified as a Green Business by the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce earlier in 2012, and is one of only 99 businesses to be certified in the area.
