Construction on these homes will begin soon, with an estimated mid-September move-in date.

For buyers who need move-in ready homes, the builder has two homes available including its popular Essex plan and the Kincaid IV design. The Lancaster and Hillcrest plans are both under construction, and will be ready in mid-July. Presales on Garden and Manor homes are available now.
