A native Texan, Cindi grew up in the Lubbock area and moved to the DFW Metroplex from Bartlesville, OK in 1995. She earned her B.S. degree in computer science from Wesleyan College with a double minor in business and math. She and her husband, David Bowen, and their four children now reside in Frisco. Cindi is active with Christy Ranch HOA and is a member of the Dallas Gun Club and Dallas Safari Club. When not at the office, Cindi enjoys hunting, sporting clays and dog training.
