The D.I.Y. Music & Fashion Festival Prepares To Take Over The Glasshouse In Pomona For Its 2nd Year

June 18, 2012 - PRLog -- The Southern California music and fashion scene continues to grow with up and coming talent, with special thanks to events such as the D.I.Y. Music & Fashion Festival. Event-goers have a lot more to look forward to this year as the festival is set to take place once again at The Glasshouse in Pomona, CA on Saturday, September 8th 2012.

The festival, which was started by independent Hip Hop artist Noa James and Bricktoyaface.com Founder Lesa J., brings together independent artists and fashion for a full night of great performances and amazing fashion from young,talented and ambitious artists and designers. D.I.Y. first made a name for itself through The Common Ground, a weekly music event that takes place every Sunday at The Vibe in Riverside, CA. After an overwhelming turnout from its first year, Noa and Lesa then decided it was time to take this event to a music larger platform, which led to its home at popular music venue, The Glasshouse in Pomona, CA. After a successful turnout in its first year, The Glasshouse welcomed D.I.Y. back for what will be another amazing year.

The festival has guaranteed event-goers even more great Hip Hop music this year as the lineup of live performers includes Stevie Crooks, Curtiss King, Kasino Gang, Cam Gnarly, Chief, Fredo, Twin Towers, N.I.D. Music, Dirty Suspects, Smokin’ Ice, Cam Archer, A.R.S., and 3D Beats. While names of fashion vendors and sponsors to participate at this year’s festival will be announced soon, Noa James will act as host with the help of DJ C’est La Vie, DJ Calligraphy, and DJ Addem Up on the tables throughout the evening.
