June 16, 2012 - PRLog -- Abortion in early First trimester pregnancy can be effected by taking Medical abortion pill. Medical abortion pill is set of two medications taken 48 hours apart. The first set of medications stops the growth of pregnancy and the second set of medications causes uterine contractions. The woman bleeds like a heavy menstrual bleed the pregnancy is terminated.
