Orchestral Networks Shows Network Optimization Technology

Orchestral Networks shows network optimization technology publicly for first time at NGMN conference.

June 13, 2012 - PRLog -- SAN FRANCISCO, CA. USA, 13 JUNE 2012 – Orchestral Networks comes out of stealth mode and shows its technology at the NGMN Conference.

Orchestral Networks addresses the problems of the growing complexity and balkanization of the management plane in cellular networks exemplified by the NGMN NG-COR requirements. The first public demonstration of this technology is at the San Francisco NGMN Conference June 13 -15.  How the needs of wireless network operators to configure and optimize complex large-scale networks, which span many administrations and vendors can be met, is being shown in a prototype at Booth 100.

ABOUT NGMN

NGMN (Next Generation Mobile Networks) is an international industry association formed by the large Cellco’s which includes both network operators and vendors which provide technology / products.  The organization recently published the NG-COR (Nest Generation Converged Network Operations Requirements) document that highlights the industry’s need for solutions to the problem of complexity and balkanization in the management plane.

ABOUT ORCHESTRAL NETWORKS

Orchestral Networks is a Silicon Valley start-up that has patent pending technology that is uniquely capable of meeting the NG-COR requirements.  It does not seek to replace existing products in this space, but rather, enable them to overcome the complexity and balkanization problems and provide network operators with the integrated network wide optimization capability they so badly need.
