-- NBA player Anthony Tolliver embarks on his new business venture in commercial real estate. Tolliver, who is a member of the Stillwater Mills Commercial Partners, recently purchased the Stillwater Mills building on 350 Main St. N, Stillwater, Minnesota. One of the building’s notable tenants includes RBC Capital Markets, a subsidiary of Royal Bank of Canada, which is the 5th largest Bank in North America. The managing group’s main objective is to proactively market the building for retail users and professional office space.
Although this is Anthony’s first commercial real estate property, he is no rookie. He is also the owner of AT Properties and SayUCan.com, both of which are residential real estate companies. Tolliver is definitely not your stereotypical professional “jock”. Off the court, he has become a very savvy business man putting his Creighton University finance degree to good use. He has diversified his portfolio and now owns multiple companies in real estate, in sports apparel, and in youth fitness.
Though he is ever looking to exercise his entrepreneurial muscle, Tolliver's main objective is to be a positive representation of his Christian faith and a strong role model to others in the community at large.
