So just eat right, sleep right, limit the junk you're putting in your body, and stay with keeping it off. Can you handle it, or staying with your love handles you don't like.
Guys: I find no excuse for you, once you decide to get rid of your belly fat just stick with the plan ok? What plan? Very funny, you make the plan, not only gonna love it, but will be fun following it. Older guys, it's not gonna be as easy, eat more fruits, and veggies, does the cup of water before big meals work, move more?
I do not suggest you jumping on and of a trampoline, climbing a few flights of stairs might be a good inea daily a couple of times, walk to the store instead of driving, and walk speedily, never mind the kinetic heat energy rubbed hand massage, it sounds like voodoo to me, so forget it. Sucking in your stomach, or your belly button, who would come up with stuff like that for exercise?
Ladies: unless you've given birth to a couple of children, I do not see a problem with a little hustle. Did you know that men like a narrow waist line, it's not really about the waist line, but the part below, and of course the contrast between the two that draws the attention when it comes to physical attraction.
