June 11, 2012 - PRLog -- Help-U-Sell® Real Estate has announced a new program to provide financial assistance to new franchisees.

The franchise fee finance option allows new franchisees to join the set-fee real estate franchisor for only $2,500 upfront, with the remaining $15,000 in franchise fees due over a three-year period. Each time the franchisee completes a sale, 5 percent of the set fee goes toward paying off the debt.
