Save Britain Money acquire Home Insulation Services

June 7, 2012 - PRLog -- The rapidly expanding Save Britain Money group has announced the acquisition of leading energy efficiency installers, Home Insulation Services (HiS). The move safeguards the jobs of all 85 employees.
The announcement comes as another milestone for the Swansea based SBM group which already employs over 1000 people across 7 successful companies. The acquisition will create real synergy for the group as it provides a delivery mechanism for the energy efficiency survey work undertaken by Nationwide Energy Services (NES).
Based in the North West of England, HiS is a loft and cavity insulation business established in 1992. The company employs in excess of 85 people and has won industry awards and accreditations for the quality of its work.  
HiS will be offering a wide range of energy saving installations from insulation to renewable energy solutions and heating systems, all aimed at reducing energy costs for domestic and commercial properties.
CEO of Save Britain Money group Neville Wilshire said “We are delighted to have acquired HiS and are looking forward to welcoming their staff to our group. By adding the expertise and market knowledge of HiS to the work of NES, we can advance our goal of saving Britain money through energy efficiency advice and services.”

The procurement of HiS has not only given us to a presence in the North West but will support our growth strategy as we move towards Green Deal.”
Myles Monaghan has been appointed MD of HiS and is looking forward to a bright future for the company.
