Free half bathroom installed with any basement finishing job 1000 square feet or larger thru 2012!

June 5, 2012 - PRLog -- The basement finishing job has to be within the Dayton area.  The half bath will have a white elongated toilet, vanity/sink/faucet, mirror, wall mount light.  Tile floor, which can be chosen by homeowner, but at an allowance of $2 a square foot.  Baseboard trim will be painted semi-gloss white, walls can be painted with a color chosen by homeowner with paint by Sherwin Williams.
