Forensics Consulting Solutions “FCS,” Announces Upgrade To Viewpoint 5.3.4
FCS, the leader in complex discovery management solutions, continues its tradition of offering the best of breed technology solutions for its clients and announces complimentary training sessions for this new release.
When asked what this means for its clients, Mr. Walker indicated that with this release, that FCS clients will notice improvements in workflows and review.
• Automation Workflows: Viewpoint now has sophisticated review workflow wizards and tracking! Viewpoint Automation and Workflows features are designed to simplify and automate the document review process. With this technology, complicated culling workflows can be stored, reviewed, and applied over and over without the need to create separate instructions outside of Viewpoint or spend time providing detailed project specific training to your staff. After review sets are created via predefined automated workflows, reviewers are restricted to specific subsets of data without the need to create complicated permissions settings. Throughout the course of the project documents will automatically be pushed to subsequent groups of reviewers using a set of predefined coding rules, completely eliminating the need for human interaction to keep the review moving forward. The benefit of this technology is a more cost-effective and speedy way of performing a document review than traditional means.
• Viewpoint Assisted Review: This is Viewpoints answer to “Predictive Coding.” Viewpoint Assisted Review (“VAR”) delivers full, transparent, predictive tagging functionality, allowing for automated review, prioritization of review and machine-assisted quality control of attorney review. FCS is adapting its proprietary filter validation process, DRIVE(SM), to leverage VAR.
Mr. Walker also announced that FCS will be offering complimentary training on these new Viewpoint features at FCS headquarters in Phoenix on June 18th and 20th at 11:30 a.m. Arizona/PST time, 1:30 p.m. Central time, 2:30 Eastern time.
