The Cascades of Brimfield Announces New Tenants

June 5, 2012 - PRLog -- June 5, 2012 - Brimfield Township, Ohio - 3D Real Estate Partners, LTD., a real estate development company, today announced new tenants coming to The Cascades of Brimfield, its regional shopping power center serving Portage County and portions of the Akron, OH MSA.

Four new tenants will join The Cascades of Brimfield community this summer.  The new tennats include:
*  Dairy Queen Grill and Chill - Dairy Queen's full service ice cream and food restaurant
*  Number One - a localy owned Chinese restaurant offering a complete Chinese menu
*  Kent, OH BMV - Kent Bureau of Motor Vehicles providing state services
*  Ault Chiropractic - offering the finest chiropractic wellness care to their patients

The new tenants will join the regional shopping center, which already includes top stores such as Super Walmart, Lowe's, Kohl's, Marshalls, Dollar Tree, Gamestop, Sprint, America's Best Contacts, and Verizon, as well as dining estabishments La Terrazza, Applebee's, and Beef O'Brady's.
