The Karnataka Medical Entrance Exams 2012 Topper

The (CBSE) has declared the All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Examination (AIPMT) 2012 results on 2nd June. Archana Sasi, a student of the focus program at Ace Creative Learning has secured All India Rank 7 in AIPMT.

June 5, 2012 - PRLog -- Bangalore, June 5, 2012:   The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared the All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Examination (AIPMT) 2012 results on 2nd June over internet. Archana Sasi, a student of the focus program at Ace Creative Learning has made all of us proud by securing wonderful ranks in the All India level Medical Entrance exams. She has secured All India Rank 7 in AIPMT. She also got the rank 1 in JIMER & KMC, Manipal & hence become the state topper in 2012 Medical Entrance Examinations.

The AIPMT entrance exam consists of a preliminary examinations and Final exams. The Preliminary was conducted on April 1, 2012 whereas the final exam was conducted on May 13, 2012.

On the other hand the Jawaharlal Institute of Medical Education and Research (JIMER Exam) selects students through an entrance test, for admission to the first MBBS course (2012-2013) academic year. The entrance test was conducted simultaneously in different parts of the country on May 27. A total of 29108 candidates appeared for the test held on May 27 at 54 venues spread over eleven cities across the country including Chennai, Puducherry, New Delhi, Bangalore and Vishakapatnam. This year the institute has released the rank wise list where Archana has topped the list. Altogether 127 students from all over India has selected for the course.

“I am very keen on becoming a doctor and it is wonderful to be the topper in entrance exams” said Archana who was also full of praise for the faculty in school and at Ace Creative Learning who helped her realize her aspirations.

“It is really good to know that students from Karnataka are topping the entrance exams. Medicine is becoming a much sought after career and getting into the course even more difficult. With a limited number of good medical colleges, the going gets tougher for medical aspirants.” were Dr. Sridhar’s view, who heads Ace Creative Learning.
