Las Vegas Talent Agent Alex Simon Shines in Newly Released DVD

June 4, 2012 - PRLog -- Las Vegas-based talent agent Alex Simon shows parents and industry people alike how to properly bring a young entertainer to fame in the film Starsuckers, now available on DVD.

In the film, Simon is followed for a period of 2 years by a camera crew as he brings a young boy from obscurity to becoming the World's Youngest DJ. The boy, 8-year-old Ri-yan Dolan is now a traveling DJ and plays shows all over the world. The film follows the duo in their hometown of Las Vegas as well as making their rounds in Hollywood as they visit talent agencies on their way to transforming the young man into a coveted and in-demand entertainer.

Simon established himself over the years as one of the top scouts of talent, working with powerhouses such as FORD and Wilhelmina Models.

Starsuckers launched as part of the British Film Institute's 53rd Film Festival in October of 2009. The film was given a slew of 4 Star reviews and will be out on DVD in the UK on the 12th April. The DVD includes over 2 hours of extra scenes, including tongue in cheek interviews with Kiera Knightley, Clint Eastwood, Robert De Niro, 50 Cent, Al Pacino, Eddie Izzard and many more.
