May 31, 2012 - PRLog -- In March of 2012, a tragic highway accident took the young lives of 3 people traveling from Regina to a Hard Knocks show in Calgary. Two of the passengers, Matthew Jahnke and Jordan Cantin,  survived the accident and are now recovering.

Matthew has been in an outpatient program in Denver for the last month. He is doing well and is now walking. Jordan is also doing well. The two have a long road to full recovery and Hard Knocks Fighting and Rig Pig Apparel are raising funds to support the two and their respective families.

At the School of Hard Knocks 24, which takes place Friday, June 1, 2012 at Spectra Place in Estevan, Hard Knocks Fighting in partnership with Rig Pig Apparel will be auctioning off 3 custom hard hats. The hard hats were custom painted specifically in memory for the 3 lives lost. Funds raised from 2 of the hats will be donated to the survivors of the accident, with the other being donated to local MMA gym, Estevan Combat Sports and Fitness.

Jordan will be in attendance at HK24 and along side Cory Yeik of Rig Pig and Ari Taub, CEO of HK, will enter the cage after intermission for the auction.

Ari Taub, HK Representatives, Cory Yeik, and Jordan are available for interviews either by phone or in-person.
