Cloud Systems International and eDialMarketing to Create 1,100 Jobs in Erie within 24 Months

McCarthy, founder of Cloud Systems International, Inc., an Erie Based Telecommunications Provider for International Services and cloud based systems is creating two new companies in the Erie area, eDialMarketing, LLC. (DBA MarketingErie.com)  and Technical Business Incubation Services, inc.

These combined companies currently operate in four states and three foreign nations - but that is all about to change.  Rather than shipping jobs overseas, McCarthy and his team are moving jobs back in the United States and headquartering their business in Erie, PA.  This decision comes after a long process of considering locations both here and abroad and ultimately came down to the enormous benefits of being located in the Erie area - both now and in the future.

William McCarthy is a native of Erie and believes the city has potential to be transformed into a city with enormous intellectual capital while offering a decent cost of living and a high quality of life.  "I want to retain the young business people and technical minds that grow up and are educated in Erie.  If we do that, Erie could transform into an East Coast Silicon Valley full of good jobs, good wages and affordable living."

The companies working together would include a business incubation system, a business growth center and sales floor, and an operations division that assists with management, HR issues, legal and financial compliance and the development of professional business plans.

The incubation system will allow for new or existing companies to use a variety of proprietary products and pricing to form corporations, develop marketing materials and corporate imaging, provide for marketing tracking and ROI, assist with payroll, accounting, websites, social media, online advertising and communications systems.  "We will accomplish these services and goals by partnering with the leaders in accounting, law and technology here in Erie to produce a unique and customizable suite of products.  Furthermore, we have partnered with Citizen's Bank to offer special business capitalization loans, checking accounts and merchant accounts", McCarthy states.

But the real jobs and growth come from the company's call centers supporting several Fortune 500 companies and hundreds of smaller companies with both inbound and outbound telecommunication campaigns.  The competitive advantage is obvious when you look at the cost savings in moving the jobs to Erie from Costa Rica, Panama, India and Pakistan.  In addition, the company has a further advantage because they are using proprietary dialing and call management software that they built which outperforms expensive large commercial packages in use by other call centers around the world.  In addition, as US citizens and residents, we like to talk to people in the US - it makes us feel more secure and less frustrated.

eDialMarketing has already signed deals to move 400 jobs from their Costa Rica Call center and to have new employees trained and online in Erie by the end of August 2012.  In addition, a second contract has been executed that will focus on inbound "overflow" traffic to Fortune 500 companies and this will employ an additional 200 people by the end of September.

Furthermore, through a strategic partnership with Empyre Media Corporation, Rick Wybiral will be taking a chair on the company's advisory board allowing further expansion into already successful lead generation ventures and connecting buyers and sellers both in traditional means and through the utilization of emerging technologies like mobile development and internet marketing.

Joining Rick on the board is well known business man and Partner in Rambaldo-Gonda Media, Rick Rambaldo, who brings not only and impressive background but true expertise in the Erie Market and in marketing strategies of all types.  "I am thrilled to be working with Rick Rambaldo again", McCarthy states, "He is a true visionary, has a proven success record and is well respected in the Erie Area.  Further, he share the vision of running this company in a community oriented fashion so the entire area benefits from the work done."

The new organization is also announcing nine additional high profile Erie Professionals, members of city and country government, several private sector CEOs and representatives from Law enforcement, public transportation and the non-profit community to join the advisory board. "When making a public commitment to the community at this level, where we are talking about more than 1,000 jobs and revenues in excess of $120 million per year, we found it necessary to involve as much of the community as possible.  We simply cannot achieve these results in a vacuum - we need our community leaders to step up, support us and, when possible, lend a hand", McCarthy said.

In addition to hiring local talent and young graduates, the company plans to work with several non-profit companies and assist with their vocational rehabilitation efforts.  "So many jobs require manual labor or are difficult to get to for those with disabilities.  As a result, I spoke to the EMTA and the LIFT today and they are graciously offering their assistance in getting these employees to work.  Moreover, because of the emerging technologies we are using, we envision most employees working one or two days from their homes, if they wish, thereby reducing office overhead and providing incentive to employees to stay with the company", McCarthy states.

One additional area that is being explored is a partnership with the Chief of Police and Erie Prison whereby non-violent offenders or those on work release could be trained in some of the emerging technologies better fitting them for life after their sentences are completed. "The Erie Police Chief, Stephen E. Franklin, was very interested in this program as it is one of the harder elements of the rehabilitation process - vocational training.  Further conversations are expected between our organizations and the hour we spoke today was both humbling and inspiring.  Recognizing that our organization could make real differences in people's lives is awe inspiring and motivates us to work in collaboration to make this a reality", McCarthy stated.

In addition to the sales, call center and growth sectors of the company, there is also an operational element that will be employed to assist small to medium sized companies handle what are many times difficult tasks to these organizations.  Processes like management, career development, human relations, business plan development and financial planning are all critical to a successful business and these will all be products our clients can choose to use through their relationship with the combined companies.

The new company, formed in Pennsylvania, is called eDial Marketing, LLC and will operate online as a DBA of MarketingErie.com.  In addition, a second new company is being formed named Business Incubation Systems, Inc..  For compliance reasons and certain cost center benefits, the entities will be separate but share many resources including all advisory board positions.

There is an OPEN FORUM for anyone who would like to meet the board, the executives, and interested members of the community.  This event will take place at the Lake Shore Country Club, 5950 Lake Shore Drive, in Fairview.  The event will commence with a light social hour at 5:30 PM and a short presentation will be given at 6:15 lasting approximately 20 minutes.  During this presentation, times and expected action dates presented and the remainder of the Advisory board positions will be reveled and introduced.  We will close the evening with a Question and Answer Period for attendees and the media.

Legal Council for all entities is being handled by the Elderkin Law Firm and all accounting is being done by McGill, Power, Bell and Associates of Erie.
