medeConnect director appointed to BHBIA committee

May 31, 2012 - PRLog -- Lucy Ireland, Director at medeConnect Healthcare Insight, has been invited to join the British Healthcare Business Intelligence Association (BHBIA) committee.

Lucy, who has been a member of BHBIA for several years, was voted on to the 10-strong committee by fellow members.

The committee helps to guide the future strategic direction of BHBIA which promotes and enhances the professionalism and value of business intelligence in the healthcare industry.

Lucy joined medeConnect, which specialises in international, community-based qualitative and quantitative market research, in 2010. She has 14 years of pharmaceutical market research experience, including time spent working in Hong Kong and the USA.

Lucy said: ‘I’m delighted to have been voted on to the BHBIA committee.  It is an honour to be asked and I am very much looking forward to helping to guide the strategic direction of the organisation, which plays a vital role in promoting and enhancing business intelligence within the healthcare industry.’
