British Director Keith Holland Announces Bravo Reality Star Matt Nordgren to Film Heart of a Woman

May 30, 2012 - PRLog -- British Film Director Keith Holland Announces Bravo Reality Star and former Philadelphia Eagles Quarterback Matt Nordgren to cast of Film Heart of a Woman based off Book I Rise by Toni Newman to be shot in September 2012.  Matt Nordgren currently appears on Bravo's Reality Show Most Eligible Dallas.  Prior to television, Nordgren had a 5 year career with the Texas Longhorns football team as a quarterback and was the 1st person in the NCAA University of Texas Football history to graduate with two degrees in 3 ½ years while maintaining high honors, making the Dean’s List and lettering in football. He spent the last year of his Longhorn football career in graduate school studying Management before heading to play professional football where he spent a short period of time with the Detroit Lions and Philadelphia Eagles, before sustaining a career ending injury.

Matt Nordgren is the current CEO/Founder of NORDCO Consulting and an executive partner with a Dallas based energy firm, NORDCO, INC. where he serves on the board while holding equity positions in many other enterprises as well. Maybe most dear to his heart however, is his new charity, The Leadership Foundation, which he founded in 2010. The Leadership Foundation’s mission is to give inner city youth the opportunity to grow while instilling important leadership qualities. Matt Nordgren is represented by Theo Caesar of 90210 Talent.  

Film Heart of a Woman-Three very different individuals living in LA, and engaged in the sex industry, come together and struggle for understanding and survival in a city that oftentimes takes no prisoners. Heart of a Woman is based off Book I Rise by Toni Newman and only the third African-American Transgender to write a Memoir in the history of the United States.  The film is being directed by British Director Keith Holland and Executive Producers are Jay Gira, Alton Willoughby and Shahid Manning.   The Head Writer is George P.
