Renowned Yoga Expert Nicole DeAvilla to Launch Book at the 2nd Annual San Francisco Book Seminar

May 29, 2012 - PRLog -- Nicole DeAvilla, California based yoga expert and teacher, has released her first book, The 2-Minute Yoga Solution. In celebration of the launch she will be hosting a Tweet chat on Twitter prior at 11 am PST, answering questions from the audience. The hastag #Yoga4Moms will be used for the discussion.

The 2 Minute Yoga Solution is DeAvilla's sum of real-life practitioners and scientific research. It details how the use of brief yoga techniques performed regularly can give lasting pain and stress relief as opposed to longer routines done less frequently.  

"I'm so pleased to see my vision of making this book culminate. I hope to inspire yoga lovers and audiences alike to use these techniques in their everyday lives!" DeAvilla said.

Published by Bush Street Press, the book is a part of the  Bestseller Booklaunch and Author Spotlight event that is taking place at the Hamilton Ballroom in San Francisco on May 30 from 6 to 9 PM. The book will also be launching on Amazon.com the same day.  

DeAvilla is a Yoga expert from Larkspur, California. She is the director of Musculoskeltal Yoga Therapy and at the Ananda Yoga Therapist Training Stress Management Center.  DeAvilla  is also a senior Yoga teacher trainer and is the 200 and 500 Level International Association of Yoga Therapists Musculoskeletal SPIG Coordinator.
