PC Howard Ltd sponsors Three Peaks Challenge

May 29, 2012 - PRLog -- PC Howard Ltd, the Peterborough based Distribution and Warehousing company, are sponsoring three very fine Gentlemen who are to complete the "Three Peaks Challenge" in order to raise awareness and funds for Rett Syndrome.

Paul Beaumont the very proud father of Little Olive Beaumont who has Rett Syndrome, along with Olives uncle Richard and very close friend of the family John Hurton, will all be taking the challenge and were pleased to accept PC Howard's donation.

What is Rett Syndrome?

Rett syndrome is a neurodevelopmental disorder of the grey matter of the brain that is almost exclusively found in young females.  The disorder normally manifests within the first 6-12 months of life and there is currently no known cure although pioneering work in the field of gene function restoration has given hope that there may be  a possible cure in the future.
