Rick Kolsky

Dr. Kolsky has spent the past thirty years helping clients take marketing to the bottom line. Since receiving his Ph.D. in Economics from Yale University, his clients have used action- learning to convert today's fads from buzzwords to bottom-line realities in markets.

In addition to his consulting engagements, Dr. Kolsky is a Lecturer at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where he teaches in, and is academic director for, a number of executive education programs. He is also a guest lecturer at the India School of Business.

Prior to founding Kolsky & Co., Rick worked in the White House, was a consulting partner for Strategos, The MAC Group, and KPMG Peat Marwick, and taught economics and consulted at Yale.

Qaisar Shareef

Qaisar Shareef recently concluded a 30-year career with Procter & Gamble, during which he headed the P&G operations in Pakistan. Prior to his role in Pakistan he worked as Marketing Director, Global Operations at the P&G Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio, and was P&G’s General Manager in the Ukraine.

While based in Pakistan, Qaisar was twice elected to the Management Committee of the Overseas Chamber of Commerce in Karachi. He served as chair of the Taxation and the CSR subcommittees of this chamber. He was also twice elected to the Executive Committee of the American Business Council in Pakistan, which has recently named Qaisar as their representative to the U.S.-Pakistan Business Council in Washington DC.

Mr. Shareef has a Bachelor of Science degree in management from the Middle East Technical University in Ankara, Turkey, and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati in Ohio.
