In the changing times we all learn to cope but when is IT enough when our children are at risk?

May 28, 2012 - PRLog -- To often we have learned to bury our heads in the sand when we feel hopeless, and unable to control a situation, or do not have the answers in resolving a problem.

Many times we look to our leaders in our community, and in public office for those answers. but, often enough we lose faith in our society  that the situation will get any better.

In doing so we add to the link that creates those situation only to make them worse accepting it as one of those changes that occurs in society living in a masked world of the unchanged philosophy. "I can't change it so why not learn to deal with it".

We as a society have learned that we are all family, and when there is a problem to be resolved then it is up to us all to work together, and problem solve.

In today's changing world we are pulling away from our obligations to humanity. Serving self distancing ourselves from those who should mean the most to us our most prized resource our children
.
Today our children are not young they are growing mentally, physically, and socially way past their developing time robbing them of their innocence.

One of the biggest resources that our youth are learning from is music. The lyrics today have gotten so violent, graphic, and inappropriate it is no wonder why our teen girls are sexually active, and pregnant our young boys are in gangs, taking innocent lives pushing drugs, and drop out rate is higher than ever.

It is a known documented fact that our children are products of their environment this being the case then why are we as a society allowing music lyrics to be graphic, and violent in content.
Why are we allowing music education to be cut from our public school programs?

If we as a society think our vote counts during elections then why don't we think we are empowered to make changes where they are needed?

Why not especially when our children are at risk, and the target for music industries fast get rich promotions.

Yes, sex sells but, at what risk factor are we as a society willing to allow it to be used at any level if our children, and their innocence, and quality of life will be destroyed, and robbed from them?

Being an adult is hard enough imagine what your child is up against when faced with sexual or violent situations during peer pressure moments.
Is it no wonder our society is losing morals, and values that once served as the foundation in which we could stand." United We Stand, Divided We Fall."

So where are the love songs of yester-year, and where is the priority that we are to hold responsibility for our children? Do we not care where or, what our children are being exposed to?

It is time we all admit our part in a failing society, and reclaim what is rightfully ours.
The future of mankind in preparing it for our children. Imagine what they are learning, and what they will carry to the next generation.

No wonder there is so much sadness in the world. The news media counts on society to watch. Tell me what kind of person watches sadness all the time? We all are guilty of it. So why not stop! Better yet why not write to your local stations and ask for more positive stories to be aired?

My point is if we sow negativity than in harvest time we can expect negativity.
The time is now for change. We are empowered to make a difference.
We can come together, and claim a safe innocent life for our children so they can grow up prepared for adult situations.

We can put music programs back in school. You do have resources my company Conscious Music Entertainment, is just one of the many companies, and organization that identify with our troubling world. We all can get involved to make a lasting change that will serve this generation, and many more to come. It won't be easy but, anything in life worth having never is. That is why we appreciate them so much more.

We are not alone we  have just been confused as to what we as individuals can do to make a difference. Men, stand up you have gone to war to fight for our country isn't your children just as important?
Women, stand up and regain you self esteem. Demand respect then you can teach your daughters to do the same.
We are a product of a generational chain what we sow we will indeed harvest, and so will future generations.

So leaders its time to stop selling the people short, time to begin supporting their needs, and it begins with the children in the world because, when it comes down to it all this world really needs is love sweet love.
