Mobile Genius Plans iPhone Repair Shop Expansion in Lehigh Valley
Mobile Genius opened it's first walk-in location in Allentown. The last few years have been used to develop and perfect the operational standards as well as developing the brand of Mobile Genius. Recently a large store expansion has been planned.
The company launched their e-commerce site http://www.FixMyiPhone.com early 2010 and has become a invaluable resource for customers around the United States who need simple repairs such as an iPhone Screen Replacement to more complex repairs such as iPhone Water Damage, iPad Water Damage, and iPod Water Damage. After a successful business model locally as well as online Mobile Genius is in the position to start a large expansion of growth throughout the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas.
The company is planning (5) five new store openings by the end of 2012. The second and third repair locations have been finalized. The locations will be located in the Montgomery ville Mall as well as the Lehigh Valley Mall. Further store expansions include Bucks County, Bethlehem Pennsylvania, and Quakertown Pennsylvania.
"We are excited about the new stores and the value that they will bring to the community. We aren't just a repair company, we want to create a customer experience that is worth coming back to" -Josh MacGown (Founder, Mobile Genius)
Along with the expansion of retail stores Mobile Genius is growing it's service line-up to include Social Media management, On-Site technical help, iOS App Development, and training sessions for all Apple products.
"As operations director my goal is to convey the Mobile Genius experience into every location that we open, customer service is my highest priority" -Alex Stashko (Director of Operations)
The company that once only specialized in cracked iPhone screens has now grown into a full service iPhone, iPad, iPod, and Android repair center. The new retail locations will boast the sale of new and used iPhones, iPods, & iPads to the local Lehigh Valley market.
"We will be offering refurbished devices to create a lower price point for consumers to gain access to the newest technology..."
This philosophy will allow almost anyone to be able to have the technology that they once couldn't afford.
The second repair location is planned to open July 1st, 2012 with the other stores following in the next few months.
