Obituary: O Positive Communications Founder Director, Sanjeev Singh Sethee passed away.

May 28, 2012 - PRLog -- The man who set up O Positive Communications and the creative brain behind the recent BJP campaign for MCD, Sanjeev Singh Sethee is no more. We  lost Sanjeev to deadly brain hemorrhage. He was only 40 years old.

Sanjeev was a Founder and Director of O Positive Communications- a leading advertising agency from Delhi and Odino Pixar – the revolutionary web company working on a unique model, by Sanjeev.

Sanjeev also served as the Director and Publisher of Water Digest magazine, a premier water magazine of India and a global platform for water-related issues. Water Digest acknowledges him to be the mainstay of the magazine, a man with a vision and mission. He had conducted Water Digest Water Awards for six consecutive years wherein individuals and organizations from around the world were felicitated for the exemplary work done in the field of water.

Sanjeev, a Post-Graduate in Marketing Communications, with over two decades of experience in consumer behavior and communication planning has managed at both micro and macro level. His strategic skills in business planning and analysis helped in steering various projects seamlessly. Under his leadership and motivation, O Positive managed to bag various high-end clients across all sectors. He was the brain behind the recent BJP campaign, which was immensely appreciated by the industry.

Sanjeev’s love for nature and simple things in life can be recognized when he recommended a small time hotel in Mussorie stating, “I like 160 year old place for one good reason that it is really a holiday for those who like to be left alone without TV sets, blaring music, and noisy tourists. I recommend it to those who love to be with nature and have traveler instincts but can afford to live limited comforts. Try their basic food that is prepared with hand grind masala and amber rotis. The view, air & peace is in abundant. Do not share with those who expect gloss and glare in hotels.” He was an avid reader and could go on reading for hours and hours on any subject that he would find intriguing. He was a man ahead of his time, in 1999 – 2000 when the world was slowly starting to handle the concept of internet; he had already started his own online portal for marketing artifacts, which also happened to be his secondary passion. He believed in living life king size but at the same time had immense value for the smaller things in life.

He is known as a visionary among his contemporaries, and a man with an unwavering commitment for creativity, perfection and excellence, while to his friends he is known to be a man full of zest for life and a true friend.

Sanjeev is survived by his wife Rashmi, and son Sohrabh.
