May 23, 2012 - PRLog -- Camp Hill, PA - Sunbury Press has released "The Great Endtime Revival," James R Wuthrich's recollections of his lifelong passage through temptation to his realizations about the end time.

About the book:
"The Great Endtime Revival" is a true story about a boy who had a couple highly influential spiritual experiences at a very young age that indelibly changed his life. Later, he lost his kid sister to cancer, followed by a recurrent dream at the age of eleven about a stranger standing on a hill, silhouetted against the twilight sky, speaking to a great multitude of diverse nationalities. As he entered his adult years he tried to fit into his childhood dream regarding the end of days, which conflicted with many of life’s demands. Jason must find a way to integrate into God’s plan and prepare others for the great endtime revival. Those who love to read a good story with unpredictable twists and turns will enjoy "The Great Endtime Revival." Anyone who has lost a family member or had a brush with death could relate to this story. People who have made difficult life decisions, or are on a quest for truth, who love mystery or have an interest in the last days will find this book very compelling. This is a story that everyone will relate as they come to realize how Jason arrived at his conclusions that led him to his decisions that determined the course of his life by an algorithm of difficult choices he had to make that is common to us all. There have been many how-to books written about walking with God, but there could hardly be enough testimonies about people obeying the Holy Spirit and how it innately changed the course of Jason's life as he lived and walked by the Spirit.

Excerpt:
...I could hear them grunting whenever they threw or received a punch, but the whole thing seemed staged.  I sensed this was a plan they had conspired to try and gain my trust.  There was no blood and their movements were slow, deliberate and languid.  When they landed a punch, it sounded like someone hitting a burlap bag filled with sand.  I was alone with these inanimate creatures.  They were not alive, they couldn’t be.  They were made of the wrong stuff to be alive.

These creatures were not more than ten inches tall and their movements were choppy, cumbersome and planned in advance.  They had skinny arms and legs, a barrel shaped torso with skin made of a cloth-like material, and clothing made of rough burlap, scratchy and course.  Their eyes were two black buttons.  They did not have a nose, except for the black dot which had been drawn with a felt-tip pen in the middle of their faces.  Their mouths, which had been cut from red-felt material and attached with haste and imprecision, looked as though they had been smiles at one time, but had turned into menacing grimaces after years of dejection.  They looked devious and haggard, as though no one had ever loved them and they had never loved anyone else.  They appeared to have hard lives, as though this fight were not their first, but rather a common occurrence in their world.  Whenever their faces moved, their mouth struggled against the thread that kept it in place.  These creatures were not meant to be alive.  They had found another source of life and whatever life-source they had was pure evil...
