ima Design Series Mentorship Program

May 23, 2012 - PRLog -- ima has developed a 12 part Design Series creating a path for their young professionals to become successful design leaders. Design Series is about education, where experienced designers share their knowledge and experience with the studio. At ima, all the projects benefit from the experience of the team and every project carries the expertise of over 100 combined years of successful design.

The series kicked off in February with ima’s Ray Senes’ presentation about developing Leadership as a Designer. His inspiring presentation "Be Excellent" covered personal influences, inspiration, and communication leading to his success. Over these lunch-time presentations, ima provides a way to learn something valuable to further their staff’s design leadership ability.

Each presentation brings a spark of education with a personal touch. As these presentations have proven to be both useful and enjoyable, ima has begun to translate them into short videos. These videos share the highlights and core ideas from each topic. Rather than a lecture, the Design Series becomes a multimedia experience incorporating visuals to reinforce the messege.
