This will be presented by Mark Damphousse, Carousel’s Director of Managed Services in the Carousel Industries booth at the IAUG Solutions Expo. For most IT organizations today, 80% of IT resources are devoted to simply maintaining day-to-day operations, and the related costs of maintenance and repair are rising faster than budgets. Damphousse will discuss how SmartPoint by Carousel is a flexible compilation of services designed to proactively deliver IT support with advanced business service monitoring, streamlined workflow, intelligent IT planning and ongoing operational support.
