Is it easy to order supplies?
All of the individual dealerships within the H.R. Owen group order their own supplies for the machines. They can order through the Kafevend Online Store, a site set up exclusively for customers to enable them to purchase supplies or book a service call whenever they need to - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Or they can contact the friendly Customer Service Team who are available from 8.30am-5.00pm from Monday to Friday to ensure customers can order their drinks with ease.
Supplies are delivered within just three working days and on the rare occasion an engineer is required to service a machine, they are there within 9 business hours of making the call - and often much sooner.
