Duncan released a post last week titled, "Policy on Discrimination."
The article outlines some of the key areas which HR professionals consider when looking at discrimination in an organisation.
"In reality there is only one policy on discrimination = Equality. Having a policy on discrimination in the modern workplace is essential.", states Duncan. "Every organisation should both have and enforce these types of policy."
