Monterey County Business Council Celebrates Small Business in Monterey County

MONTEREY, CA --  The Monterey County Business Council is pleased to announce the Celebration of Small Businesses in Monterey County on Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at the Monterey Beach Resort.

The first part of the program will feature our designated Small Businesses of the Year. Congressman Sam Farr and a representative for Asm. Bill Monning will be present to help us honor our 2012 Small Business of the Year Award recipients and nominees. These small business owners are the backbone of our economy and we invite you to help us celebrate their determination and entrepreneurial spirit.

The second part of the evening will feature Kay Mardon, Lender Relations Specialist, with the SBA Fresno District Office, a panel of local, small business lenders and a small business Technical Assistance panel. The event will highlight ongoing loan programs and give you the opportunity to network with those who have access to capital.

The event is open to the public and the Monterey County Business Council invites everyone to join in Celebrating Small Business in Monterey County!
