Waterstone Flagler Now Open in Palm Coast

Palm Coast, FL – Waterstone Mortgage Company is excited to announce the opening of a new Palm Coast office, Waterstone Flagler.

Beth Allen, of the former MetLife Mortgage office, is the mortgage banker for the new location. “We are excited to be able to service the Flagler County area with the support of a strong and stable mortgage company such as Waterstone Mortgage,” says Beth. “They are a very forward thinking company,” she adds.

Allen just earned a ‘Top Ten Producer’ spot for the month of April, coming in at number seven out of Waterstone Mortgage Corporation’s 225 mortgage bankers. She services Flagler County and beyond. “I’m working on a mortgage in the Florida Keys now,” Allen tells us.

Allen is optimistic about the real estate market. According to the Flagler County real estate news site, www.GoToby.com, “Palm Coast/Flagler's real estate market has definitely turned a corner. There were 178 single family homes reported sold (closed) via MLS in the county during March. That's the most homes sold in March since 2005. It represents a 23.6% increase from February and a 49.6% increase from March one year ago,” the site indicates.
