Lexington, MA Single-Family Home Prices Jump $250K, Sales Flat April 2012

Aug. 18, 2012 - PRLog -- The median price of single-family homes in Lexington, Massachusetts increased as sales remained flat in April 2012, according to data analyzed by Buyers Brokers Only LLC (http://www.buyersbrokersonly.com), an exclusive buyer agent real estate brokerage firm.

The median price of single-family homes increased 39.0 percent in April 2012 compared to the previous year, a difference of $252,000.  Single-family home sales were flat in April 2012 compared to April 2011, with 23 sales during each month.

The median price of condominiums fell 46.4 percent in April 2012, a difference of $378,200 compared to April 2011. Condo sales in Lexington, MA were flat, with four sales in each month of April.

There were no multi-family home sales during the month of April in 2011 or 2012 in Lexington, MA.
