RedCritter provides streamlined business solutions that incorporate game mechanics in order to increase employee productivity and engagement.
Prior to seed funding, RedCritter Corp achieved profitability after the release of its third major product, RedCritter Tracker. RedCritter Tracker helps companies manage their Agile projects efficiently by incorporating game mechanics such as badges, rewards and leaderboards into the software development process.

RedCritter customer, Jeff Coghlan the MD of Matmi, a leading advergames design agency and in the UK said “Whilst using RedCritter Tracker, we have also found it created a healthy amount of competition between individuals for collecting certain badges or being the first to reach a milestone in points. This naturally led to an increase in work efficiency.”
RedCritter will use the funds to accelerate customer adoption and grow its product line, further demonstrating its lead in the business gamification space.
