May 16, 2012 - PRLog -- Kipcon New England be offering free Consultations for Reserve Studies & Transition Studies to Condominium Association Representatives and Property Management Representatives at the New England Condo Expo Booth # 131, on May 22, 2012 from 10 AM to 5 PM at Seaport World Trade Center, Boston, MA.

Kipcon New England will have Architects & Engineers available on site, at the Expo, to address specific questions Condo Association Representatives or Property Management Representatives may have regarding property maintenance requirements,  maintenance reserve budgeting, capital repairs budget planning, building repair cost allocations, value engineering, Green Engineering, roofing issues, weather-tight building "envelope" integrity, paving repairs, and more.

There will be no obligation on any party in connection with the complimentary Reserve Study or Transition Study consultations.
