Ware Malcomb provided architectural design services for the modernization of the front entrance to Mosaik Homes’ office headquarters. The previously dated 1980s style industrial building was updated with a new entry façade which boasts a contemporary look with clean and angular, modern lines. New signage and LED lighting further increase Mosaik Homes’ curb appeal and give the building a dynamic appearance. An exterior metal panel system completes the structure’s edgy look.

While the building entrance underwent a dramatic transformation, many basic elements such as general structure and shape were kept the same. This reflects Mosaik Homes’ company philosophy of embracing the past while always looking to the future for inspiration and growth.
