Tampa, Florida (May 11, 2012) – Sencomm announced the formation of its new Technologies & Services Division, which will provide unified communications both on-site and in the cloud, for its new and existing customers.  The new division will be headed by Director, John Stone, who brings his experience in the strategic development of end-to-end customer solutions to Sencomm.

SENCOMM DIRECTOR CHOSEN TO SPEAK AT INTERNATIONAL AVAYA USERS CONFERENCE (IAUG) IN BOSTON
SENCOMM Technologies & Services is pleased to announce that their new Director, John Stone, has been chosen to speak at the IAUG Global Education Conference, to be held on May 20 – 24, 2012 in Boston, MA.
As thousands of Avaya users from around the world unite, best practices will be shared, creative solutions will be found and everyday challenges will be resolved.
On Tuesday, May 22, the SENCOMM team will be presenting: “Is Your PBX A Money Pit? Knowing the Risks and Liabilities”.
   Know your liabilities: Participants will be able to identify risks in their organization related to PBX security, emergency calls, toll fraud and VoIP hacking, and systems that will help reduce such risks.
   Usage/cost analysis: Participants will understand the ways they are losing money through inefficient PBX utilization. Through real life examples, they will understand how to better use their system with respect to monitoring phone usage costs and trunking capacity. Additionally, they will learn how to increase sales by using their PBX to measure employee productivity and performance.
   Self fund IT/telecom projects through telephone ROI: Participants will be able to implement methods of saving money and increasing revenue.
