Xeno Giraffe's Epic 3 CD Science Fiction Masterpiece "Eons Ago" World Digital Release Party

May 12, 2012 - PRLog -- The prequel musical album to last year's "Dinosaur UFOs: Episode One 'Wolfmen From Outer Space'" that was a science fiction story line broken down into 20 musical pieces over 2 CDs in length yields to this years musical release as of May 12th, 2012 of "Eons Ago."

"Eons Ago" is a musical composition in 13 pieces spanning 3 CDs that has been digitally distributed for sale via CDBaby to iTunes, AmazonMP3, and other internet music distributors with a roll out beginning Saturday May 12th, 2012 on CDBaby.com.

The musical excitement involves a science fiction story about a lost Universe eons ago. This is a first person, I am there, fictional account of a mysterious beam of light with a mission to impart a hidden bit of knowledge about the origin of the Universe that hits me in the head one night on a beach while on vacation. The musical journey begins instantly in a flash of light beginning - "Eons Ago".

Thirteen compositions start with a haunting piano and electronic synthesizer using a vintage Ensoniq MR-76. The first piece is called "I Look Up At The Sky And Hesitate In Wonder" and leads into the second piece "Cauldrons Of Creation". Followed by "God Particle", "Dark Matter", "Electron Emergence", and "Blue Atom Planet" that flows into a beast of a song called "A Little Bump In The Static" at 36 minutes and counting.

The musical Space Odyssey continues with "Unknown Space Transmission", "Deep Desert Discovery", and an alien blues song "Baby Don't Go On The UFO",  with heartfelt appreciation to the many science fiction B-Movies great and small, and a handful of spaghetti western soundtracks as musical influences.

The B-Movie "Heavy Metal" theme continues with "Android Woman Recall", "Future Tense", and "Terror From The Sky".

The experimental composition of rock rhythms in "Eons Ago" and album artwork hearken back to the Pink Floyd concept album "Dark Side Of The Moon". The sound travels in more current musical streams - crossing categories from music like the Butthole Surfers, Circus Devils, and I Am Spoonbender with an added science fiction twist.
